Here are some tips to make best use of the free dump station at Park 720 Vehicle Storage, a convenience for our customers to use.
Wear gloves to avoid contact with waste.
Empty ONLY the contents of your holding tanks into the dump station.
Dump the black-water tank before the gray-water tank. The gray water will wash residue from the hose. Close the black-water tank valve before opening the gray-water valve.
Rinse both the black-water and gray-water tanks with fresh water. (Park 720 provides a fresh-water hose for rinsing.)
Make sure both valves are closed.
Disconnect the sewer hose from your tank outlet, let it drain into the dump station and run water through it to rinse.
Cover the dump station hole.
Treat both holding tanks with a commercial cleaner/deodorizer to prevent odors.
Note: Always use manufacturer or dealer recommendations for the care and maintenance of the holding tanks in your vehicle or boat.
